Agora Madrid

Leading the new generation of
international schools

Agora Madrid International School is a private school in Villaviciosa de Odón, Madrid, where we strive for educational excellence, all-round education and personalised attention for each student. The school is an official music conservatory and offers all stages of education from Preschool to Baccalaureate, including the prestigious International Baccalaureate® (IB) Diploma Programme (DP). We have long been known as a centre for the creative arts and, together with Víctor Ullate Roche and Nuria Sánchez, co-director of the project, we have developed the only International Baccalaureate specialising in Performing Arts.

Educational Stages

At Agora Madrid International School, which belongs to Globeducate, we provide an international education, oriented towards today's globalised world and with a special focus on education in values. We offer a language immersion programme with a wide range of foreign languages, the National Baccalaureate, the International Baccalaureate and complete art, music and sports programmes for a well-rounded education for our students.

Distinctive elements of the educational project

The educational project at Agora Madrid International School is defined by 5 distinctive elements: the International Baccalaureate as a model for the future, multilingualism, STEAM, sport and a commitment to providing our pupils with the tools to grow as global citizens who can shape the world.

IB: An education for the future

IB: Un modelo de futuro

The International Baccalaureate® (IB) provides students with a comprehensive and demanding curriculum accepted by the world's most prestigious universities. It is a model for the future that develops students' key skills for academic, professional and personal success, enabling them to achieve their goals in an international context.

IB: An education for the future

Multilingualism

Multilingualism

Multilingüismo

We prepare our students for an international future. We offer a multilingual educational project, with linguistic immersion beyond English, which allows them to master their official language along with English, French, German or Chinese. To complete the linguistic programme, we offer international events, exchanges and stays in different destinations

STEAM: Science and Arts

Música y expresión

Art and Science through STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) is a pedagogical approach which advocates collaborative work and the integration of highly related skills. At Agora Madrid International School they play a leading role in our educational project thanks to being an integrated music school with training in art and public speaking.

STEAM: Science and Arts

Sport, Health & Fitness

Sport, Health & Fitness

Deportes y salud

Sports help to develop and promote values such as perseverance, self-improvement and teamwork, as well as strengthening social skills. At Agora Madrid International School we instil in our pupils a passion for sport and healthy lifestyle habits so that they become physically and emotionally balanced adults.

Shaping the world

Shaping the world

Children entering education today will graduate as young adults in 2030. We must prepare them for jobs and technologies that do not exist today, to solve problems that have not yet been foreseen. We must encourage our students to take charge and shape their own future: we want them to be global citizens who can shape the world.
